When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, company (optional), project type (optional), and message you provide. We do not collect any other personal data through this site, and we do not currently use analytics or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we're a fit for your project, and follow up about a potential engagement. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are delivered to our team by email and retained as long as needed to manage the conversation and, if you become a client, the engagement. If you'd like your data removed sooner, contact us and we'll delete it.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing contact@whokena.com.
